Nadine Nelson Hope Tribute Fund

Nadine Nelson 22 August 1983 to 9 May 2006 Tall and slim with legs that went on forever our Nades turned heads wherever she went. Such a happy positive person with the biggest smile, Nadine just sparkled all the time. Very intelligent with an innocence that meant even at 22 she thought jumping in puddles with her wellies on was hilarious and of course it is. She worked so hard to achieve her goal of becoming a teacher, she loved science but her artwork was also outstanding. Most of my walls are decorated with her work and of course I show everybody that visits. Nadine had a competitive and determined streak but in the most endearing way. Her brother Gavin is two years older and when he had his stabilisers removed from his first bike, she insisted hers came off as well. She then spent the next hour falling off her bike until she mastered it, but master it she did. When Gavin passed his driving test first time, Nades quietly made sure she did as well. So funny to watch her. Nadine loved swimming, snowboarding, shopping and going out with all her friends, usually in fancy dress. The love of her life though is her husband Will, an exceptional man who always seemed to know the right thing to do and say at the right time, not many men can do that! It was Will that kept Nades and the rest of us laughing throughout everything. I will always be grateful she met him and they had five amazing years together. I am so lucky to have had Nadine as my brave and beautiful daughter so wherever you are my lovely I am sure you are having a good giggle, love you worlds and keep twinkling.
